Photographs of the ‘Brionvega Radio Cube’ by “168 metriquadri”

These works form part of a series of photographs produced by Maria Borghi for 168 Metri quadri, a brand she created herself.

At a certain point in her career, Maria found herself with a small ‘collection’ of objects that had belonged to a family member.

These are objects gathered over a lifetime, such as stamps, inkwells, pencils, nibs, papers, drawing instruments and much more, serving as a sign and testimony to a professional life that has left its mark.

All of this within a space of exactly ‘168 square metres’.

Maria thus decided to find a contemporary and poetic way to reinterpret these objects, steeped in history and charm, by creating mood boards; the photographs depict these compositions, and these unique works emerge spontaneously.
